Your SPLX onboarding specialist works in your workspace with broad create/edit permission. They cannot invite or remove members, change roles, enable modules, or set CRM mode — your team handles those steps. Everything the specialist does is in the audit log.

How do I buy guided onboarding?
Book a call with us. We scope the package with you on the call; no prices are listed yet. Book a call to talk through what your team needs.
Is there really no credit card needed for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, get 30 days on Access. On day 30, your workspace locks — you can still sign in and add billing, but every other page is blocked until you do. Add a card and it unlocks immediately.
What happens when I add an 11th user?
Nothing breaks and nothing needs approval. Your next invoice adds $15 for that seat and every seat after it — there's no hard cap and no plan to "upgrade" into.
Do I have to pay extra to turn on a module?
No. Every module — CRM, Strategy, People, Rhythm, and the rest — ships with Access. Workspace admins can enable or disable modules per team; it never changes the bill.
What about GDPR or data residency?
GDPR-compliant by default, with a standard data processing agreement available on request. Contact us for data residency requirements.
How does non-profit pricing work?
50% off Access for verified 501(c)(3) or equivalent organizations. Email us at [email protected] with your determination letter and we'll apply the discount to your account.
